LANGUAGE ARTS Grades 6-8

          To assure that our students have the experience that will foster their growth and development as confident writers, we expect and encourage students to write for many purposes and in many formats. Each year students will have the opportunity to explore, practice and produce writing in expressive, narrative, expository and persuasive modes.
          Content for each year includes:

          Especially for Grades 6-8 content includes:
